Job summary

MIRABLE Solutions LTD is seeking a proactive Graduate Account Manager to build a portfolio of customers across the North East. You’ll receive structured sales training and mentor support, with ownership of your accounts as you progress in a high-growth industrial distribution space.

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£30,000, with an uncapped bonus and a salary review after probation. Training, travel expenses, pension, and clear progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people.
• Ambitious and motivated mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers across the North East.
• Build relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and client visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage and grow your own portfolio of customer accounts.
• Keep the sales pipeline organised in the CRM and work toward targets with coaching.
