Job summary

Stepintoteaching is seeking a Graduate Academic Coach to join the EYFS team at a primary school in Brierley Hill (DY5). The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, starting in September for the 26/27 academic year. Salary is £500–£530 per week, with opportunities to develop in education or psychology.

• Previous TA or SEN experience is a plus, but not essential; we'll support your development.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups.
• Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers to create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student.
• Help monitor and track students' progress, ensuring they receive needed support.
• Liaise with parents to improve children's attendance.
