Step Into Teaching Limited in Newcastle is seeking a Graduate Academic Coach to support learners with mixed abilities in a nurturing primary school. You will deliver tailored help in class and during 1:1 and small group sessions, helping students feel inspired, confident and understood.

This exciting role is based within a nurturing primary school in Newcastle, where developing their students and staff is at the heart of what they do. As a Graduate Academic Coach, you’ll be providing tailored support to learners with mixed abilities and needs within the classroom. Your support will be crucial for ensuring all students feel inspired, confident and happy, while making sure all elements of the lesson are being understood.

You’ll also have the opportunity to do 1:1 and small group sessions with learners outside of the classroom, allowing you to build strong bonds and further support them in your learning journey.
