Job summary

Step Into Teaching Limited in Dudley is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support EYFS students in a Reception setting. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a £500-£530 weekly salary and ASAP start for the remainder of the 26/27 academic year.

You will work directly with students, lead intervention sessions, help create individualized learning plans, monitor progress, and communicate with parents to encourage attendance.

Qualifications

• Degree with a 2:2 or above is required.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Proactive, creative and adaptable approach to learning and teaching.
• Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential – development will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups.
• Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student.
