Step Into Teaching is recruiting graduates for a full-time Graduate Academic Coach/Teaching Assistant role at a secondary school in Blackburn BB1, starting ASAP for the 26/27 academic year. You will support SEND and SEMH needs, gain hands-on classroom experience, and benefit from mentoring and professional development to build a pathway into teacher training.
The role offers term-time weekdays with a weekly pay of £500–£530 and a safeguarding DBS check.
