Step Into Teaching Limited is seeking a Graduate English Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Birmingham. You will support English lessons, deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost literacy, and help pupils with diverse needs, including SEND.

This role offers valuable classroom experience for those pursuing English teacher training, with opportunities to develop teaching skills, manage classes, and build confidence in students’ reading and writing progress.

Formación

• Degree in English or related subject.
• Strong communication skills with students.
• Patient, proactive and supportive approach.
• Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential.
