Job summary

Step Into Teaching Limited in Kidderminster is seeking a committed EN Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a specialist SEN environment.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering tailored interventions and helping implement IEPs/EHCPs, while building essential classroom experience for future teacher training or Educational Psychology.

The Opportunity

• Secondary school, Kidderminster
• Start date: ASAP (the 26/27 academic year)
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday
• £500 – £530, per week, term time only
• Highly supportive environment with excellent support

Your Role

• Support pupils with a range of complex Special Educational Needs (SEN)
