The West Park Academy is seeking a dedicated Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to support early years and primary pupils. The post is based in F1 initially and may involve working across the whole primary age range if needed in the future.

The successful candidate should have Early Years qualifications (UK) and demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to join The West Park Academy. The successful candidate will initially be based in F1 but should also be happy to work across the whole Primary age range if the need arises in the future. As the role will initially be based in F1, ‘full and relevant qualifications’ would be required. Early years qualifications list: UK only - GOV.UK
