Job summary

The West Park Academy is seeking a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to support children across the Primary age range, starting in the F1 base with potential to work across the whole school.

The role focuses on supporting children's needs and inclusion, applying behaviour strategies, and building relationships with parents and carers. A full enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Job description

This Grade 4 Teaching Assistant post at The West Park Academy starts in the F1 base, with scope to work across the whole Primary age range later. The work centres on supporting children's needs and inclusion, applying agreed behaviour strategies, and building relationships with parents and carers. Full early years qualifications from the GOV.UK list are required for the F1 base, and an enhanced DBS check is needed. The start date is 1 January 2027, and visa sponsorship is not available.
