Job summary

The West Park Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning in an early years class and to develop strong relationships with children and families. The role offers the opportunity to work across the primary age range and contribute to inclusive education.

Job description

This Teaching Assistant post sits at The West Park Academy, a primary school within a multi-academy trust, with a start in January 2026 or sooner. The core of the work is supporting children's learning, inclusion and behaviour, and building relationships with parents and carers. The post begins in an early years class, with scope to work across the primary age range later. Full and relevant early years qualifications are required.
