Job summary

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is recruiting Band 2 Administrators to support a fixed-term GP Walk In Service pilot in Cowal. You will provide welcoming, person-centred administrative support for patients, clinicians and the wider team.

The roles are fixed-term for 12 months, based at Cowal Community Hospital, with 56 hours across the posts and flexible arrangements (FT/PT/job share) considered.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience, ideally in health/public-facing environment.
• Confident dealing with people and managing competing demands.
• Professional, helpful and respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, person-centred administrative support for patients, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure patients are received, directed and supported efficiently to allow clinical staff to focus on care.
