Job summary

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is recruiting Band 2 Administrators to support a fixed-term GP Walk In Service pilot in Cowal. The role focuses on welcoming, directing and supporting patients and clinicians within a busy team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

These posts are 12-month fixed-term contracts with 56 hours across posts, offering full-time, part-time and job-share arrangements to suit.flexible and meaningful work within a public health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care or other busy public-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, person-centred administrative support for patients, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the GP Walk In Service project and directed activity at Cowal Community Hospital.
