A patient-centred GP practice in Yate, South Gloucestershire, is looking for 2 GP Receptionists to join their welcoming team. This role involves professional interaction with patients, managing appointments, and supporting clinicians. Ideal candidates should be warm, organised, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service, along with familiarity with EMIS systems, is preferred. A flexible work arrangement is available, with hours spread over Monday to Friday.

Working Hours
Up to 38 hours per week in total - to be split between the two successful candidates (we are flexible as to how this split is allocated).
Hours will be between the hours of Monday-Friday between 8.00am-6.30pm

Your day will be varied, interesting, and busy: from welcoming patients and managing appointments to supporting clinicians and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
