Riverside Medical Centre is recruiting a GP Assistant for a six-month fixed-term contract, 14.5 hours per week. The role involves working across Bridgedale PCN to support healthcare professionals, patients, carers and the MDT across multiple sites.

You will aid in improving patient outcomes by handling routine administration and clinical tasks, enabling clinicians to focus on direct patient care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support GP clinicians by performing routine administration and clinical tasks to free up time for patients.
• Coordinate care with MDT members and the care home team to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Work across PCN practices and sites to assist in improving patient outcomes.
