Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Risk Analytics team in a hybrid role based in Leeds or Edinburgh. You will apply strong SQL, SAS and Python skills to monitor and challenge analytical outputs and support model governance.

The role involves collaborating with Risk and Finance partners, mentoring junior colleagues, and delivering monitoring packs and data insights to meet regulatory and business needs.

Formación

• A degree preferably in a numerate/statistical discipline.
• Experience delivering predictive analytics in a regulatory or credit risk setting.
• An understanding of statistical modelling and an interest in developing models e.g. regression or decision trees
• Proficient in a coding language – Python, SQL and SAS

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain model monitoring packs for commercial banking customers.
• Use SAS and SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Work with Risk and Finance business partners to agree the objectives of analytical projects and ensure they meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
• Support monitoring and analytical activities across BCB and CIB models, including investigation and escalation of reporting issues to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and applying Python, GCP and Looker skills to support strategic solutions and improve monitoring and modelling activities.
