We have an opportunity for a Governance Partner to provide efficient governance support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support our Board and Committees in delivering our People First Strategy and Corporate Plan.

  • Provide end-to-end Board and Committee support services
  • Assist the Governance Manager with regulatory returns
  • Review and update the business continuity framework
  • Support key Governance projects
About You

We are looking for:

  • Experience supporting board meetings, including agenda setting, minuting, and the governance cycle
  • Knowledge of compliance with legal requirements such as modern slavery and anti-bribery
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and completing regulatory returns
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with Non-Executive Directors, Executive Directors, and senior managers
