Job Overview:

As an Associate Lead to the Cash Governance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that data flows consistently through our systems to enable accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition. You will oversee all of IQVIA Laboratories’ lead-to-cash governance and serve as the Service Governance coordinator for specialty lab businesses.

You will:

  1. Organize and lead a cross-functional stakeholder group to define, develop, and maintain services, ensuring proper budgeting and revenue recognition.
  2. Maintain oversight of the Lead to Cash (LTC) framework and roadmap, leveraging synergies to harmonize processes across the lab business.
  3. Partner with leadership and IT to develop and maintain the systems roadmap impacting the LTC process.
  4. Coordinate and lead quarterly governance meetings to ensure LTC connections are functioning properly, assigning follow-up tasks as needed.
  5. Lead discussions on service offerings, collaborating with regional, local, and global teams to ensure end-to-end processes from budgeting to billing are considered for relevant LIS systems.
  6. Manage stakeholder identification, engagement, and ownership as subject matter experts for service offerings.
  7. Consolidate documentation from SMEs to provide context for new or revised services, supporting effective discussions.
  8. Partner with the General Manager or delegate to prioritize topics, coordinate discussions, and invite relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience or equivalent
  • Broad understanding of laboratory processes, operational and customer delivery excellence
  • Strong process orientation and improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of Project Services processes and laboratory operations (preferred)
  • Ability to solve problems innovatively and deliver results
