Accountabilities

Group Tax Initiatives Portfolio Tracking & Reporting:

• Manage and refine a detailed list of initiatives, providing guidance to drive consistent data collection from the tax team.
• Streamline the data collection and reporting process, creating visibility across the tax team and highlighting items requiring additional support.

Assist in Project Planning and Execution:

• Support project management activities, such as defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with the project team.

Project Coordination:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project-related communication.
• Coordinate project tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor identified risks and implement contingency actions as required.

Resource Allocation:

• Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel and materials.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation aligns with project requirements.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles is preferred
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience of using AI or automation
