VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Governance Lead to oversee contract governance, performance monitoring, documentation and reporting for key partner and Network supplier contracts.
You will support Contract Managers on major projects, prepare Governance Board packs, and report on compliance using Contract Watch, while collaborating with Design, Build and Operations teams to manage obligations and risks.
Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri
As Governance Manager, you will oversee contract governance, performance monitoring, documentation, and reporting for key partner and Network supplier contracts. You will support Contract Managers on major projects and ensure strong time‑management and expectation‑setting.
You will work closely with MSA/MSP Contract Managers to maintain effective governance and build a solid understanding of each contract. You will prepare and distribute Governance Board packs and report on Vodafone and supplier compliance using Contract Watch.
You will regularly engage with Network Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure they manage their contractual obligations, track deviations with reasons, monitor risks and issues, and elevate key insights to the relevant Contract Manager.
