CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in the UK seeks a Compliance Coordinator to help deliver governance, risk, and data protection across the organisation. You will join the Governance team, coordinating activities and maintaining policy schedules while guiding compliance practices.

The role is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement at Westpoint, Peterborough.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to plan and prioritise work effectively while managing competing demands.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of governance, risk, compliance and data protection activities.
• Ensure policies, processes and regulatory requirements are effectively managed across the organisation.
• Coordinate compliance activities and manage key documentation and registers.
• Support the implementation of compliance frameworks and projects.
• Prepare governance reports, presentations and committee materials.
