Job summary

CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in Peterborough is seeking a Compliance Coordinator (UK) to support governance, risk, and data protection across the organisation. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours) with hybrid working at Westpoint, PE2 6FZ.

You will coordinate compliance activities, maintain policy and registers, and help deliver a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of governance, risk, compliance and data protection activities across the organisation.
• Coordinate compliance activities, maintain key documentation and registers, and support implementation of compliance frameworks.
• Prepare governance reports, presentations and committee materials.
• Administer compliance systems and provide guidance on governance requirements across the business.
