You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of CIPS' governance, risk, complianceand data protection activities, helping to ensure that policies, processes and regulatoryrequirements are effectively managed across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues throughout the business, you will coordinate complianceactivities, provide guidance on governance requirements, manage key documentation andregisters, and support the implementation of compliance frameworks and projects. You willalso help monitor regulatory developments, maintain policy review schedules, support dataprotection processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance standardsand compliance practices. Alongside this, you will support the preparation of governance reports, presentations andcommittee materials, administer compliance systems and processes, and provide support andguidance on compliance-related enquiries. Through building effective relationships across theorganisation, you will help foster a positive culture of accountability, governance andcontinuous improvement.
