Job summary

Dexter Talent partners with an award-winning growth marketing agency to hire a hands-on tracking and analytics specialist. You will own Google Tag Manager implementations, build Data Layers, and ensure accurate data flows into GA4 across a varied client portfolio.

In this client-facing role you will audit setups, troubleshoot across Meta and Google Ads, and present findings to clients. Hybrid working with three days per week in the Manchester office is offered.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on GTM implementation and troubleshooting.
• Strong Data Layer knowledge and structuring for reliable tracking.
• Practical GA4 experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience auditing tracking across multiple client accounts.
• Exposure to server-side tracking or GCP.
• Agency or multi-client background.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Tag Manager implementation across a client portfolio.
• Build and maintain Data Layers ensuring reliable data flows to GA4.
• Manage tracking setup and troubleshoot across Meta and Google Ads.
• Audit existing tracking on client sites/apps to identify gaps and fix issues.
• Present findings and troubleshoot in client-facing capacity.
