The Right Hire Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a small Bolton-based manufacturing firm to recruit a motivated Goods out & Production Supervisor to join the team.

The role involves day-to-day supervision on the shop floor, leading by example and ensuring production runs smoothly, on time and to quality standards. Mon-Fri 06:30-15:30, 40 hours.

You'll manage 7–8 staff, support problem solving, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Hands-on leadership on shop floor.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organise workloads and keep production running.

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Are you an experienced Goods out & Production Supervisor/ Team leader with a background in manufacturing or engineering?

The Right Hire Recruitment is working with a small manufacturing firm based in Bolton to recruit a motivated and practical Goods out & Production Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, and working closely with a team to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

As Goods out & Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the production operation, helping to drive performance, maintain quality standards and ensure deadlines are met. Supervising a small team or 7/8 people.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 06.30 - 15.30. 40 hours per week.
