Job summary

The Right Hire Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Bolton-based manufacturing firm. You will oversee daily production on the shop floor, drive performance, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.

You will supervise 7–8 staff, lead by example, and collaborate closely with team members to keep production running smoothly and efficiently on a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 06:30–15:30).

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor/ Team leader with a background in manufacturing or engineering?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading by example, and working closely with a team to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the production operation, helping to drive performance, maintain quality standards and ensure deadlines are met. Supervising a small team or 7/8 people.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday:

06.30 - 15.30. 40 hours per week.
