Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Goods In / Goods Out Operative in Southam for a full-time permanent role. The position involves receiving, inspecting, logging, packing, and dispatching customer equipment, with occasional local driving to collect or deliver items for customers.

You will work closely with logistics, lab/engineering teams, suppliers, and external couriers, ensuring items are identified, traceable, and properly protected throughout handling and transport.

Formación

• Driving licence required (full, clean UK license).
• Experience in warehouse/logistics or goods-in/out operations.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Core Goods In & Goods Out Operations: Receipt & Inspection, System Logging & Labeling, Traceability & Control, Packing & Dispatch.
• Collections, Deliveries & Driving: Local collections and deliveries using company vehicles, proper identification, safe loading and securing goods.
• Quality, Safety & General Operations: Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, follow safety practices and ISO quality standards.
