Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a hands-on Finished Goods Preparation & Dispatch Operative in Worthing. You will finish, inspect, label and pack products for dispatch, ensuring quality, accuracy and safe handling. The role involves moving goods between sites, loading vehicles, and maintaining an orderly dispatch area.

The role requires standing and manual handling, with regular lifting up to 15kg, and a valid UK driving licence. Previous production or packaging experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 15kgs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Finish, prepare and inspect finished products for packaging and dispatch to required quality standards.
• Apply labels and packaging according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Handle, move and load finished goods between sites and company vehicles.
• Maintain an organised finished goods and dispatch area and report defects or quality concerns.
