Job summary

Greencore Bow, London, is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Goods In operative on a 4 on/4 off night shift from 18:00 to 06:00, with an hourly rate of £14.04. You will process and file delivery paperwork, book in deliveries and liaise with management to resolve Goods In issues.

Join a busy team at a leading convenience food maker, supporting pallets, loading/unloading, POD queries and cross-department coordination, with on-the-job training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong math and English skills.
• Computer literate with Aurora software knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Easy Label and File Explorer.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Capable of working independently.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and file all delivery paperwork received during your shift.
• Liaise with management on key Goods In issues.
• Book in deliveries and handle invoice queries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in Goods In.
• Complete all relevant documentation to the required standard.
• Meet departmental KPIs.
• Work quickly, efficiently, and as part of a team in an organized manner.
• Book daily supplier deliveries.
• Address all POD (Proof of Delivery) queries.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Organize deliveries, including moving pallets between chillers.
• Assist at workstations in low-risk areas when needed.
