Job summary

Greencore in Boston is seeking a Senior Operative to join our production area. You will supply materials to lines, maintain stock levels and support safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires flexibility with shifts and a good level of verbal, written and numerical skills. Previous food manufacturing experience is essential and you will work closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supplying materials and food products to production or assembly lines in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the continuous flow of operations by maintaining adequate stock levels at each workstation.
• Adhering to safety and quality standards and coordinating closely with warehouse and production staff.
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Working with the wider production team and supporting them where needed.
• Complete any additional tasks given by the line manager.

What you'll be doing:

In this role as aSenior Operative, you will be working within our production areas. Roles and responsibilities of this role include:
