Job summary

Boughey Distribution is seeking an organised Goods In coordinator for a fixed term role in Wardle, working with internal teams and third party drivers. You will manage driver bookings, ensure accurate paperwork, and maintain tight timeframes in a busy operation.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and precise data entry in SAP/Excel, with opportunities for progression within the group and funded training.

Responsibilities

• Book in and coordinate third party drivers and ensure correct paperwork.
• Liaise with drivers, hauliers and Warehouse Supervisors to rectify issues.
• Input deliveries and amendments into the SAP system accurately.
• Produce daily SAP/Excel reports for internal distribution.
• Escalate issues to Goods in Supervisor as needed.

Fixed Term Contract opportunity to join the Goods In department at Wardle until January 2027. Predominantly working with internal customers (Warehouse, Customer Service and Transport teams) and 3rd party drivers. However regular contact with external companies will also be required. You’ll be working in a busy, fast paced environment where time management and attention to detail is key!

Day to Day

• Book in and coordinate third party drivers, ensuring paperwork isaccurateand given to the correct department within the requiredtime frame
• Liaise with drivers, hauliers, Warehouse Supervisors, and the Goods in Supervisor to rectify anomalies which arise
• Communicate via telephone and email to all internal and external contacts
• Accurately key in deliveries,ordersand purchase order amendments into the SAP system
• Produce daily reports using SAP and Excel for distribution internally
• Escalate issues asappropriate tothe Goods in Supervisor

• Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP would beadvantageous
