Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, part of The QHotels Collection, invites applications for a guest-facing role at our golf facilities. You will welcome guests, offer guidance, take bookings and support with membership sales while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Located on the outskirts of Leeds, our 4-star, 152-bedroom property features a 27-hole golf course, multiple dining options, leisure facilities, and a commitment to inclusion and flexible support for applicants.

What will I do?

This is a key role as you will be the first impression a guest will have upon entering the golf facilities within the hotel. Offering advice and guidance to all our guests and members as well as taking bookings and support with membership sales.

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course and the dining options include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
