Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an enthusiastic Range Host to help develop and enhance the operation of our driving range. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service and product knowledge while supporting the smooth running of the facility.

Duties include driving the buggy and range picker safely, assisting with food and beverage service, preparing the facility for opening and closing, upselling services and providing excellent guest care to boost member engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a golf environment desirable.
• Customer service oriented and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product knowledge to support smooth operation of the driving range.
• Drive the golf buggy and range picker safely; assist with food and beverage service following hygiene and company standards.
• Prepare the facility for opening and closing; upsell services and provide excellent guest care to enhance the guest experience.
• Work with Golf Operations Manager and other Range Hosts to create a welcoming atmosphere and improve member engagement.
