Job summary

Club Champion UK, based in Basingstoke, is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our UK Head Office. This office-based role supports daily operations, order records in Salesforce, and scheduling for golf club fittings and workshop activities.

Ideal candidates have admin or customer service experience, a genuine interest in golf, and strong MS Office skills. You’ll work closely with the team and occasionally in the workshop. A positive, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative duties and customer service.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and CRM familiarity.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear telephone manners and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, manage inbox, and handle daily correspondence.
• Data entry into Salesforce and project systems.
• Schedule customer fittings and manage team calendars.
• Support fitters and liaise with US team to track orders.
