YesGolfing Royston Golf Club is seeking a committed General Manager to lead the club’s operations with a strategic, hands-on approach. You will work with staff, members and the Management Committee to drive development and sustainability while maintaining high service standards.

Reporting to the Chairman, you will oversee IT systems (Intelligent Golf, Xero), HR and compliance, and implement a dynamic pricing strategy to boost membership and visitor revenue.

Formación

• Leading the management and development of all aspects of the club.
• IT literate with Intelligent Golf and cloud-based accounts (Xero) experience.
• Pro‑active communication to drive member recruitment and visitor revenue via a sales & marketing strategy including green fee pricing.
• Provide information to members, update the website and manage social media.
• HR/employment law knowledge for day‑to‑day staff management.
• Compliance with health & safety, licensing and equality legislation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth club operations year-round.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management and development of all aspects of the club.
• Oversee IT systems including Intelligent Golf and Zero accounting; manage data storage and handicap/tee time systems.
• Drive member recruitment and visitor revenue through a robust sales & marketing strategy and pricing.
• Keep members informed, update the club website and actively manage social media channels.
• Manage club staff daily with regard to HR/employment law and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including health & safety, licensing and equality.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth operation of all club facilities throughout the year.
