Get Golfing CIO is seeking an exceptional General Manager for Warley Park Golf Club, a 27-hole venue near Brentwood. You will own day-to-day operations, drive commercial growth, and lead the golf, course, clubhouse, food and beverage, and events teams to deliver outstanding member and visitor experiences while advancing charitable impact.

• Proven leadership experience within golf, hospitality, leisure, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and optimising operations.
• Excellent people leadership experience with the ability to build cohesive teams and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations across golf courses, the practice facilities, clubhouse and events.
• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for courses, clubhouse, and events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial controls to ensure strong, sustainable performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance obligations are met without compromise.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of proactive hospitality.
