Get Golfing CIO is sourcing an exceptional General Manager to lead Redlibbets Golf Club in Kent, near Sevenoaks. You will own the P&L, grow revenue across golf, memberships, weddings and events, and develop the clubs, clubhouse and events teams to deliver remarkable experiences for members and guests.

Reporting to Get Golfing’s Executive Team, you will champion a culture of proactive hospitality and community impact, ensuring safety, compliance, and hosting high-quality events in a stunning

• Proven leadership experience within golf, hospitality, leisure, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and optimising operations.
• Excellent people leadership with the ability to build cohesive teams and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to inspire staff and build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Confidence in making decisions independently and managing a varied workload.
• Flexibility to support the demands of a busy, event-led operation.
