Torbay Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Leader to lead a Technical Support Technicians team within our Process Engineering and Optimisation group. The role focuses on fast reaction to production issues and development of the team to support engineering, manufacturing and QA projects.

You will manage and develop the team, embed lean practices, and ensure skill matrices and KPIs drive continuous improvement across the site.

• Experience leading a technical team in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Act as primary contact to manage real-time production disruptions.
• Schedule and deploy Technical Support Technicians.
