Job summary

Taptap Send is hiring a General Manager to own the P&L, pricing strategy, and market expansion across India corridors. You will lead pricing decisions, partnerships, and product feedback loops to optimize growth in diaspora communities, while navigating RBI rules and regulatory considerations.

Location is London or Dubai with regular travel to India and sending markets. You will build and lead a small, fast team of FX advisors and growth managers to scale remittance services globally.

Qualifications

• Diaspora fluency with knowledge of migration patterns and communities.
• Commercially sharp with pricing, unit economics and CAC math.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, volume, gross profit and CAC across India corridors.
• Set pricing FX and fee strategy corridor by corridor.
• Navigate RBI rules and manage bank partnerships and payout rails.
• Own product UX focus and gather feedback to inform pricing and support.
• Build diaspora partnerships and authentic community engagement plans.
• Lead and coach teams across India and sending markets.
