Job summary

Taptap Send is seeking a General Manager to own the P&L, pricing strategy, and regulatory relationships for India's remittance market. You will shape which communities and channels to prioritize, set pricing corridors, and oversee partnerships and product alignment.

Location is London or Dubai with regular travel to India and sending markets. You will lead teams across India and sending markets, driving growth and profitability with ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in high-growth environments with ownership of outcomes.
• Diaspora knowledge and networks in the Indian community.
• Commercial acumen with pricing, unit economics and CAC math.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, pricing strategy, and regulatory relationships.
• Define market entry sequencing across sender markets and communities.
• Lead product feedback loops to influence UX, pricing and support.
• Build and manage teams in India and sending markets.
