Legora is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to lead and scale cross-functional programs across global offices, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. You will partner with Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security to design, launch, and continuously improve programs that enhance employee experience at scale worldwide.

The role requires strong program management fundamentals, independence, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years designing, launching, or running employee-facing programs.
• Track record of taking a program from idea to launch, including owning the budget.
• Experience improving or relaunching an existing program based on data or feedback.
• Comfort partnering across Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security.
• Global or multi-office experience is a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional Workplace programs with global scope, driving delivery from scoping through launch, ongoing operation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate deeply with Regional Workplace Managers to design programs, events and experiences that make employees' day-to-day faster and better
• Develop and maintain program-level processes, playbooks, and operating standards
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security
• Identify gaps in current programs and design solutions without an established playbook
• Build and scale tooling, workflows, and internal resources
• Own the budget for programs under management
• Manage vendor relationships and provide direction to program delivery
• Monitor and control budgets across the Workplace portfolio
• Serve as a thought partner to Workplace leadership on priorities and strategy
• Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
