Job summary

Legora AB is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to own the rollout programs for our most strategic legal-tech accounts. You will coordinate across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to drive structured, measurable implementations with cross-border scope.

You will report to the Strategic Programs Lead, and collaborate with a range of teams to ensure durable adoption and clear governance. This role requires a hands-on, in-person presence five days a week in London.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation/implementation roles with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven leadership: led programs, workstreams or teams and delivered outcomes end-to-end.
• Experience in a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or consulting) preferred.
• Strong change management instincts and adoption-driven mindset.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to turn messy ideas into board-ready decks.
• Excellent analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Obsessed with user adoption and client needs; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder influence across teams.
• Proactive ownership; capable of driving initiatives to completion.
• Hands-on, execution-focused problem-solver with a bias to action.
• Comfortable working in-person in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rollout programs for strategic accounts across multi-office launches.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, IT, and practice groups.
• Coordinate resources to deliver local and cross-border implementations with global consistency.
• Define success metrics, governance, reporting cadence for executives.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify friction points for strategic interventions.
• Turn rollout learnings into reusable playbooks and benchmarks.
• Act as a connective layer across teams to drive clarity and progress.
• Bring structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and push to finish line.
