Howden is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Workday globally. You will collaborate with HR Leaders and Centres of Expertise to drive strategic HR initiatives, manage configurations, and ensure smooth operation within SLAs.

This role reports to the Global HRIS Team Lead in the UK and supports change, testing, and release management in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver HR technology solutions, mentor junior analysts, and help shape the Workday roadmap while

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules.
• Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products.
• An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”.
• Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis.
• Excellent HR experience and knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the configuration of Workday modules.
• Act as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests.
• Partner with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
• Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional team discussions and decision-making by asking insightful questions to uncover true needs and brainstorm effective solutions.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop clear and concise requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Coordinate / manage configuration changes ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, highlighting progress, risks and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features; lead on assessing impacts and deploying release configurations.
• Develop and maintain Roadmap for functional area and ensure Workday integrates with key systems.
• Address complex and ambiguous issues with analytical solutions; perform detailed data manipulation via spreadsheets and EIBs.
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach; mentor HRIS analysts and provide training as needed.
