Howden Group is seeking an HR Advisory/HR Operations professional to support the Specialty business. You will act as a primary contact for managers and colleagues, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and processes while supporting growth, change initiatives and HR operations improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisory or HR Operations in a fast-paced organisation.
• Proven experience in employee relations and advising managers on people matters.
• Experience supporting organisational change and growth initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment law.
• Experience using HR systems, ideally Workday, to manage data and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for HR advisory queries and provide guidance on absence, performance, conduct and probation.
• Support managers with day-to-day people matters and ensure policy consistency.
• Manage employee relations cases from query to resolution and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain HR documentation, templates and trackers with accuracy.
• Support HR Partners on organisational changes and growth initiatives.
• Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes with a smooth colleague experience.
• Analyse HR data and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with recruitment, payroll and HR systems teams on processes.
