Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Talent Lead Consultant in the United Kingdom to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, typically leading a project workstream. You will build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions aligned to their needs and commercially viable.

You will support junior team members and share knowledge while collaborating with a diverse, global customer base. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM and Talent Certification.
• Strong customer-focus and ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent communication skills for senior client audiences.
• Good understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Able to lead a functional workstream across full lifecycle.
• Commercial awareness and utilization targets awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Workday implementation workstream for client projects.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to shape solutions.
• Provide guidance to customers and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.
