Four Seasons Recruitment is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to cover EMEA & APAC from London. You will manage day-to-day wholesale accounts, handling orders, pricing, and shipments while coordinating with logistics and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, timely order processing, and proactive problem resolution across regions. A hands-on, proactive, commercially minded approach is essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned wholesale accounts, providing responsive, professional support.
• Manage client requests, reorders, cancellations, order swaps, returns and documentation.
• Maintain clear communication and track outstanding actions.
• Manage seasonal wholesale orders from showroom to shipment, with accurate processing.
• Enter and validate orders, verify pricing and delivery windows.
• Coordinate with Logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Monitor invoices, credits and deductions, and assist with payments.
• Collect sell-through and stock data to support trading decisions.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales, orders, shipments and receivables.
• Support showroom campaigns and order capture.
