Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with order management systems preferred.
• Passion for working in the fashion industry.
• Prior fashion industry experience preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Admin: Distribute weekly stock reports, prepare and circulate best-seller reports, update sales tracking systems, process documentation for re-orders, cross-check POs against SO confirmations, input orders for shipment, send order confirmations and product barcodes, share carryover lists, support ad hoc showings and market appointments.
• Marketing: Source imagery and product materials ahead of deliveries, create product knowledge books and buy books, maintain master contacts, coordinate press sample send-outs.
• Showroom Assistance: Prepare for London and Paris markets, book appointments, manage calendar and notes, ensure smooth showroom operation and model changeovers, maintain showroom standards.
• Samples: Manage sample stock and movements, coordinate samples and tracking logs, prepare commercial invoices for samples, process and remove dropped styles, arrange send outs and collections.
• Reorders: Manage full reorder process, track weekly reorder figures, drive in-season sales to meet monthly reorder targets.
