Job summary

Four Seasons Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a luxury womenswear designer to recruit a Wholesale Account Executive for EMEA & APAC markets based in London. You will manage day-to-day wholesale accounts, coordinate orders, pricing, and delivery with international partners, while ensuring excellent client service.

The role demands strong organisation, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills to analyse sell-through, orders, and receivables.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in wholesale, sales administration or account management within luxury fashion.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with international accounts is preferred.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for payment conversations and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for wholesale accounts, providing responsive support.
• Manage orders from showroom through shipment, including pricing and terms checks.
• Coordinate delivery windows with logistics and respond to shipment issues.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoices, credits and payment follow-ups.
• Support in-season trading with stock data and reorder opportunities.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales, orders, shipments and receivables.
• Support showroom activities and order capture for campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client master data and account setup in systems.
