Job summary

Four Seasons Recruitment Ltd (Fashion & Retail) partners with a luxury women's wear designer to recruit a Wholesale Account Executive for EMEA & APAC based in London. The role covers day-to-day account management and order processing to ensure a seamless client experience across regions.

You will coordinate with international accounts, manage orders, shipments and invoicing with finance and logistics, and support showroom campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in wholesale, sales administration or account management within luxury or premium fashion.
• Exceptional organisational skills, accuracy and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Strong numerical skills and confidence working with sales, sell-through, orders and receivables data. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with ability to manage sensitive operational issues and payments.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned wholesale accounts, providing responsive client-focused support.
• Manage client requests and ensure timely follow-up on reorders, cancellations, order swaps, returns and documentation.
• Enter and validate orders, reconcile purchase orders against internal records, and verify pricing and delivery windows.
• Monitor orders and shipments against delivery windows; resolve shipping blocks and documentation issues with logistics.
• Partner with Finance to monitor invoices, pro formas, credit notes, deductions and outstanding balances.
• Support showroom campaigns and order capture; coordinate scheduling and line sheets.
