Revolut is seeking an experienced Regulatory Counsel in the UK to advise on cryptoassets and related financial features. The role sits in the Legal team and focuses on compliance, regulatory strategy, and product governance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ PQE, qualifies as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent), and brings strong experience with FSMA, MiFID, and evolving UK crypto regimes. Leadership skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of PQE to practice law in England & Wales or equivalent
• Qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor, or EU admittance)
• Experience advising on cryptoassets, in-house or law-firm
• Knowledge of FSMA (RAO) and MiFID regulatory regimes
• Strong regulatory compliance and risk-management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to make decisions where information is incomplete

Responsabilidades

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring cryptoassets and financial features
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions
• Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, including upcoming UK crypto regimes, MiCA, PSD2, and MiFID
• Expanding our product offering in line with regulatory requirements
• Engaging proactively with local regulators
