Sulzer is seeking a Global Head of Commercial Claims (Warranty) to lead the global claims strategy from a UK-based remote role. You will build a centralised capability, govern processes, and influence across regions while balancing customer outcomes with commercial protection.

Significant leadership and international experience are essential. The role offers remote/hybrid work, a competitive salary, and a yearly bonus, with travel as needed.

• Senior leadership experience in commercial/claims, contracts or customer operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing people.
• Strong commercial acumen with risk assessment and value protection.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Sulzer's global warranty and claims strategy and operating model.
• Manage and coach a high-performing global team and expand the team.
• Drive consistent claim assessment, negotiation and settlement across regions.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex high-value claims.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting, metrics and best-practice processes.
